Reis Makina General Manager Başar Demircan was a guest on Yönetim Katı, broadcast on EKOTÜRK TV

The program covered Reis Makina’s more than 100 years of business heritage and professional management approach, its transformation from distribution to manufacturing, export strategy, investments, and technology- and data-driven management approach. Demircan stated that Reis Makina’s long-standing experience in distribution has provided valuable expertise in international quality standards and business processes, and that this experience has been carried into manufacturing investments since 2020. The interview also addressed the development of local manufacturing, expansion of exports, and new investments, as well as the role of efficiency, technology, and data management in Reis Makina’s growth.

Discussing Reis Makina’s objectives for the coming period, Demircan stated that the company applied to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) in 2024 and plans to complete its initial public offering (IPO) process between the end of 2026 and the first half of 2027. Through the IPO process, Reis Makina aims to share its knowledge and expertise with a broader audience while contributing to the development of Türkiye’s hardware sector.
