As Reis Makina, we initiated a special training program for new graduates in order to find a solution the shortage of qualified workforce in the sector. This program aims to transform the theoretical knowledge gained in universities and technical schools into practical application, helping students enhance their skills.

As part of our employment-focused school-industry collaboration efforts, Sancaktepe District Governor Mr. Ahmet Karakaya and District Director of National Education Mrs. Hale Bağce Özbaş visited us. We explained the details of our Reis Academy project to Mr.Karakaya and Mrs.Hale Bağce Özbaş.We sincerely thank Mr. Karakaya and Mrs. Özbaş for their valuable evaluations and kind visits.
